Windfinder has been a partner with us since 2016 and have been a key partner in the Knowledge & Education space, providing wind, wave, and weather forecasts for outdoor sports enthusiasts. The site is globally recognized, and attracts a strong international audience, with its highest traffic coming from the Czech Republic, Germany, the United States, Poland, Morocco, and Tunisia.

Although Windfinder’s founder is a developer with a team that manages direct campaigns, our AdEngine remains a key part of the site’s monetization strategy. In Q2 2025, he conducted an A/B test, splitting traffic 50/50 between his own setup, Google AdX with Open Bidding, and our ad stack. Using the same ad placements, he wanted to see if his ad stack could generate more revenue. After several weeks, he reverted to an 85/15 split in our favor, noting that we consistently delivered 15–30% higher revenue.
